Refund Policy

At JadeHarrell.com, we value the trust and investment of every client. Our goal is to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual respect in all professional engagements, including coaching sessions, speaking appearances, and hosting opportunities.

 

1. Deposits and Payments

All bookings—whether for 1:1 coaching sessions, speaking engagements, or event hosting services—require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time. This deposit confirms your commitment and compensates for time reserved exclusively for you.

Full payment is due by the agreed-upon date stated in your booking confirmation or invoice.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

 

Coaching Sessions

Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 business days) before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If Jade Harrell must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may either reschedule or request a full refund of the session fee.

 

Speaking Engagements & Hosting

Cancellations made by the client more than 30 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, as this time is reserved exclusively for your booking.

If Jade Harrell must withdraw due to illness, emergency, or unavoidable conflict, all payments—including deposits—will be fully refunded, or the engagement may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

 

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session or event without 48 hours prior notice will result in the forfeiture of all payments and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

 

4. Digital Products or Materials

If any digital materials, recordings, or workbooks are offered as part of a coaching package, these items are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

 

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of approval. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
